- All gift boxes are presented closed decorated with a colour appropriate organza ribbon.
- Gift baskets are presented either wrapped in cellophane or shrink wrapped (depending on destination) and decorated with quality ribbon.
- Christmas hamper trays without a lid are presented either shrink wrapped or wrapped in cellophane and decorated with ribbon.
- All gifts are presented with a personalized gift card.
- In the case of a certain product not being available at time of ordering, a replacement product of equal or greater value will be supplied
